Consistency Is Key:
When I am asked what the most important part of training is the answer is very simple, “Consistency!”
Consistency is easily the most important part of training, and it also may be the most overlooked. If you are having great training session’s at an inconsistent rate then you will see very little results, if any at all! In my opinion, if you do not plan on being consistent then you might as well not train at all! If you aren’t serious then your results won’t be, it really is that simple! Sure it is okay to miss a session here or there because of an unforeseen circumstance. But, to miss 3 to 4 days in between session’s on a consistent basis is a waste of your time.
So, if you want to see gains you know what to do. Train hard and stick to your training regiment. Be committed and dedicated so that you may maximize your talent and be the best that you can be!
