Never Get Comfortable:
It is easy for one to work hard consistently and begin to feel as if they do not need to do anymore work. Of course this doesn’t happen all at once, but instead little by little. For example you may take one day off, or, stop doing a drill that is normally in your workout regiment. But, I must warn you when you see signs of this you must stop it immediately! Never get comfortable in your routine. If you feel your workouts are getting easier, that doesn’t mean you should stop doing certain things because you’ve “mastered” it already. It means you need to step up the intensity level another notch! Also try adding a new drill that you’ve never done before. Or start working out with a partner. No matter what you do, just be sure that you stay the course and continue to work hard, never take a step back!
