Why You Shouldn’t Wait Until Tomorrow:
It’s human nature to procrastinate and put things off until the very last-minute, we’ve all been guilty of it at one point or another in life. But, when you are training this is a very toxic mentality to have. It can turn your opportunity of getting better during the summer, into an opportunity to actually become WORSE.
Thoughts such as “I’ll just do that later,” or, “I’m too tired right now” are key signals that you are on the verge of procrastination. Instead of surrendering to these thoughts, get UP immediately and get your training done. Trust me, you will feel better about yourself at the end of the day. Generally the days I don’t feel like doing something, turn out to be some of my best training session’s. When you stay consistent with your training, you will see results, and ultimately be one step closer to your goals.
